Q: When did you start playing drums?
A: 6th grade...like age 12, a woman my mom worked with was selling her daughter's drum set, and after a few weeks of harassment, my mom finally gave in & bought me the kit.

Q: Why did you want to play drums?
A: I actually wanted to be a guitar player, but then i saw videos of john bonham and tommy lee and i thought to myself, "oh, you can play drums like that?!? i wanna do that." drums were obviously for me. I like hitting things.

Q: What separates you from other drummers?
A: I like to play what feels right for the music and not just what would impress another drummer or a musician in the crowd ... what i would want to hear if i was listening to the music.

Q: How many bands have you been in?
A: After 25 I lost count.

Q: Have you done a lot of touring?
A: YES. about 5 US tours, canada, europe, japan and russia.
